- Invited as guest speaker in the following maquiladora Industry local councils: Nogales, Aguaprieta, Monterrey, Yucatán, Reynosa, Ciudad Juárez, Matamoros, Ensenada & Tijuana; and in the following Universities and associations:
- San Diego State University (SDSU), Southwestern College (SCSD), University of San Diego (USD) Textile associations of California in los Angeles, UABC, ITT, AIAG (Automotive Action Group) in Detroit, Mi., among others.
- Mr. Bautista has also represented different companies before the tax court as an expert witness. His areas of expertise are Medical, Oill and Gas, Chemical, Textile, Electronic and Aeroespace.
- He promoted and obtained a direct authorization decree from former President of Mexico Mr. Vicente Fox for the creation of a new tariff number for natural gas turbines
